COMPASSION - HOPE - HEALING

Our mission at River Oak Counseling is to provide compassion, hope, and healing in a safe and supportive environment

We work with individuals, couples, and families to help facilitate the positive changes that people can make in their lives. We love to watch people find and maintain joy and peace within themselves, and in relationships with others. We enjoy helping people learn and implement healthy coping skills for anxiety and depression, work through trauma, discover self-worth, increase self-confidence, increase effective communication skills, and take steps to create an overall improvement of their situation and current difficulties.
