CLIENT PORTAL LINK:
https://diana-ballard.clientsecure.me. This is the link to schedule, reschedule, or cancel therapy appointments. This link will also allow you to upload your insurance card, pay any account balances, etc.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
There is a $35 late-cancellation / no-show fee for all appointments that are canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the start time of your scheduled appointment. This policy is in place to allow other clients access to the appointment time, if you need to cancel or reschedule.
